Salamanca Group were instructed by clients through a Trust business to find a prime Central London office investment.
Following research of eligible properties and selection of 2 Park Street, we entered into negotiations directly with the owners and ultimately agreed to terms for the acquisition.
This high specification property was constructed in 2000 and totaled approximately 50,300 square feet. It was multi-let with numerous asset management opportunities including rent reviews and some vacant space.
