Salamanca Group was instructed by a South African client to find a prime Central London office investment.
6 Dowgate Hill, a 15,853 sq.ft office building with a listed façade, near Cannon Street station was identified and we were able to agree terms in a competitive environment and execute the transaction on behalf of the client.
Salamanca Group also arranged the debt finance provided by Investec Bank PLC. The building was recently refurbished, is multi-let and Salamanca Group are retained as the asset managers.
