Salamanca Group was appointed to act as Financial Advisor to Peter Johnson, Founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Park Group plc on the route by which to dispose of shares in the Company.

In December 2015, Park Group plc announced that trusts associated with Peter Johnson sold 50,210,520 ordinary shares in the Company to institutional investors through a Share Placing raising £32.64 million. Salamanca Group oversaw the Share Placing, having appointed the placement agent.

Park Group plc is the AIM listed leading gift voucher and prepaid card provider.
