Salamanca Group are pleased to announce that, following the signing of the required legal agreement, Neath Port Talbot Council has today formally granted planning permission for the Wildfox Resorts Afan Valley development. Together, we will continue to ensure that proposals sensitively respond to the environment and generate socio-economic benefits for the local communities.

The Leader of Neath Port Talbot Council, Councillor Ted Latham, commented “I am delighted that, following the successful conclusion of the legal agreement, we have given formal approval to this potentially transformational new leisure development.
