Salamanca Group has been appointed as a key strategic adviser to advance the delivery of the 260-acre Garden Village scheme, east of Biggleswade.
Salamanca Group will provide strategic management and planning advisory services to the land owners of the Biggleswade Garden Village scheme and adjacent land east of the Garden Village.
Salamanca Group is contracted to advance the delivery of the consented 1,500-home Garden Village scheme east of Biggleswade. The Group will be working in partnership with Homes England and Central Bedfordshire Council as part of the £69m national programme to deliver up to 16,000 homes per year from 2025, creating almost 200,000 new jobs and boosting the economy.
Esther Croft, Salamanca Group’s Director of Sustainable Communities was appointed to lead the delivery of the Garden Village, with the aim to create the highest quality, sustainable homes, that meet the needs of both the local community and the regional growth opportunities within the ‘Oxford Cambridge Arc’.
