Rasheda is the Management Accountant at Salamanca Group, responsible for financial reporting and providing in-depth financial analysis to optimise the group’s financial performance.
An ACCA affiliate, Rasheda has a solid foundation in both technical accounting and strategic financial management. She began their career at one of the Big 4 accounting firms, where she utilised sophisticated pricing models to assess risk, determine profitability, and provided regular reports to internal stakeholders while managing project controls. Following this, Rasheda worked as a research assistant, contributing to a key report that aimed to shape the new Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP).
With a keen eye for financial detail and a strategic mindset, Rasheda ensures that financial operations align with Salamanca Group’s growth objectives, supporting both short-term goals and long-term strategic initiatives. Their work contributes to maintaining financial efficiency and supporting informed decision-making throughout the organisation.
