Emma is a Policy and Project Advisor at Salamanca Group, responsible for policy development, project research and leading on ESG initiatives across the Group’s UK portfolio of real estate projects.

She is also the senior programme manager at the Salamanca-supported Clean Growth Leadership Network (CGLN), where she leads on network operations and development.

Prior to joining Salamanca, Emma worked as a political aide to parliamentarians across both Houses.

Emma holds a master’s in political history from King’s College London and a PGDL law conversion from BPP Law School.
