About Dave
Dave Oakhill is the Head of Planning and Economic Development at Salamanca Group. He is responsible for the strategic planning and economic initiatives across the Group’s portfolio. He works with public and private partners to create lasting social value. Dave brings a wealth of experience in urban planning and economic development across the UK and New Zealand
Before joining Salamanca, he served as Head of Place at Gloucester City Council, where he oversaw significant regenerative developments including the Kings Quarter regeneration programme – a £200m public, private and education sector scheme creating over 1,000 new jobs and bringing 4,500 university students into the heart of Gloucester City Centre.
