About Emma
Emma serves as Policy and Project Advisor at Salamanca Group. Her role encompasses strategic advice, project management, and organisational efficiency, helping to streamline initiatives and deliver actionable outcomes. She also acts as a communication arm for the CEO, facilitating effective engagement with team members and stakeholders.
Beyond her core role, Emma is the Senior Programme Manager at the Salamanca-supported Clean Growth Leadership Network (CGLN). She leads on network operations and development, driving initiatives that support the transition to a clean economy.
Prior to joining Salamanca, Emma worked as a political aide to parliamentarians across both Houses of Parliament, where she gained extensive experience in political strategy, stakeholder engagement, and policy development.
Emma holds a Master’s degree in political history from King’s College London and a PGDL law conversion from BPP Law School.
