About Stephanie
Stephanie Sheppard is Finance Director of Salamanca Group and brings more than 17 years’ experience across accountancy, business operations and strategic leadership. She combines technical financial expertise with a commercially minded approach, focusing on strong controls, effective processes and informed decision-making that support sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Salamanca Group, Stephanie spent 17 years in practice. Her roles included Head of Professional Standards, Director of Operations, Head of Operations and, most recently, Head of Accountancy & Professional Standards.
Stephanie is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT). She was named Highly Commended Accountant of the Year at the Finance Awards Wales (2021) and has received peer recognition as Mentor of the Year in 2025 and 2026.
