Following research of potential properties, 1 Southampton Street was identified and we were able to agree terms in a competitive environment leveraging our client’s and our own track record of executing this type of transaction.

This trophy office and retail building is located at one of the main thoroughfares into Covent Garden where circa 40+million people per annum visit. The property was comprehensively refurbished on 2013 and upon completion achieved an “Excellent” BREEAM rating, the highest ever for an office refurbishment.
