In 2014, Corporate Advisory was appointed to assist the company with several corporate strategies. This led to the delivery of an entire business valuation followed by a company-wide debt refinancing and management and ownership restructuring. Corporate Advisory acted as Exclusive Financial Advisor, Valuation Advisor and Debt Advisor sourcing all the necessary finance to complete the transaction.
