Salamanca Group was appointed to act as sole financial advisor and to source equity investors for Proplend, a leading secured peer-to-peer online lending platform.
In June 2017, Salamanca Group facilitated a Series A fund raise for the Company. Throughout this fundraising process, Salamanca Group received a high level of interest in the investment and are currently looking to facilitate a Series B fund raise.
Launched in 2014, FCA regulated Proplend was founded to serve the sub £5m commercial lending sector and connects investors directly to corporate borrowers offering premium risk-adjusted interest rates.
