Biggleswade Garden Village has been highlighted as a key example in the UK Government’s latest housing announcement, which introduces the ‘New Homes Accelerator’ programme to unlock thousands of new homes across the country.
The government’s press release, published on August 29th 2024, outlines new measures to accelerate housing delivery, with Deputy Prime Minister, Angela Rayner, citing Biggleswade Garden Village as an example of where significant growth can be achieved.
